A two day symposium, for the food packaging industry, looking at the visual impact packaging has on consumer behaviour and providing an opportunity to review the tools and techniques available to aid the understanding and development of packaging needs and design.

The University of Leeds is pre-eminent in the science of colour, appearance and packaging, incorporating the Department of Colour Science, the leading academic institute for the study of appearance theory and measurement in Europe.
