This seminar will discuss the latest developments in temperature measurement techniques for the food industry, an area that presents many technical challenges. In manufacturing terms, measurement is the first step in establishing control over the food process and ultimately safety, quality and efficiency. This seminar will share new methods of temperature measurement for food systems that have traditionally been difficult to measure, but for which new opportunities are being presented.
