Trading with the Far East

Aimed at food ingredient manufacturers and those interested in doing business with the Far East, this course will provide an overview of food legislation in key trading areas such as China and Japan. You will hear first hand experiences of the trading issues relating to the Far East and discuss the strategies used in the key Chinese and Japanese markets.

The day will conclude with an opportunity to learn some cultural hints, such as how to prevent misunderstandings and foresee problems in doing business with Japanese partners. There will also be the chance to discuss various issues with the speakers.
