Having a robust crisis plan is an essential requirement of a good quality management system. However, a plan is of no use without a team of staff that work to a plan, resolve the issue, identify the root cause, and implement corrective actions. A good team is essential, with appropriate deputies who all understand their role and key tasks during a crisis situation. Crisis Management Team Training will provide a full overview of crisis management and allow participants to develop their skills in very lively and realistic workshops. Communication with all stakeholders, including customers and the Authorities will be carefully explained.
