Food innovation @ abertay has now been running for over a year and the team thought that you might like to hear their plans for the future. A couple of innovative industry people have also been asked to share their views and expertise at the event.

Andrew Whitley is a well renowned baker who founded the organic artisan Village Bakery in the 1970s. He now proposes a Real Bread Campaign to put good bread once again at the centre of the nation's table.

Zain Okhai is Managing Director of Rockwell Solutions who provide innovative packaging products and are at the forefront of technology for developing biodegradable and recyclable packaging.
