Do you want better trained and more highly qualified employees?  A new European project looking at staff competencies is seeking opinions from Food and Drink companies.  We want to know what food science and technology employers want!

You are invited to a meeting looking at food scientist competencies focussing on:
* What do you have?
* What do you want?

The aim of the meeting is to identify the training requirements for knowledge-based food science and technology in Europe.   This information will be used to develop appropriate training for food technologists to provide a better skilled workforce and help to establish the regulations you need.

The UK meeting will be held on the 1st March 2010 at Weetwood Hall, Leeds starting at 1pm.  The workshop is sponsored by the track_fast project, funded by FP7, and free for all attendees.
