Areas of work
Current key areas of operation are

Thought for Food

The food industry is the largest manufacturing industry in the UK and businesses are increasingly reliant on science and technology to add value to their products, to meet the stringent specifications demanded by their customers and legislators, and to ensure that companies remain commercially competitive. The Food Chain CIC is based in the Yorkshire and Humber Region which hosts some of the most advanced scientific and technical resources available to the food industry anywhere in the world and the Food Chain CIC is your channel to access the delivery of that science.

LinkedIn Food Chain Network
We have also recently set up a Food Chain Network on LinkedIn for Food Industry Professionals and academia alike.  The online network is for discussions, job postings and keeping in touch with food innovation.  For information about how to join the Food Chain Network and receive the updates visit our news section.

Please contact us to discuss potential projects and we can assist in writing proposals for you.  We can also assist with sourcing external funding for these and other areas of food manufacturing development.
