The Food Chain CIC has an ongoing interest in food waste reduction as it is a major driver for our many industry customers.  Indeed we undertook some market research in this area and found large amounts of food waste being produced by the industry and by consumers.

In partnership with industry the Food Chain CIC is developing new ways of Making the Most of Food Waste.
