Bronek Wedzicha

Bronek is the Director of the Food Chain Centre of Industrial Collaboration, Professor of Food Science at the Department of Food Science and Nutrition, Pro-Dean for Research and Director of International Development for the Faculty of Mathematics and Physical Sciences at the University of Leeds.

Bronek’s research interests include Kinetic Modelling of Chemical Reactions in Food, Food Additives Research and The Food Modelling Club.
