Bronek Wedzicha

Bronek is Professor of Food Science at the Procter Department of Food Science, Pro-Dean for Research and Director of International Development for the Faculty of Mathematics and Physical Sciences at the University of Leeds.

Bronek’s research interests include Kinetic Modelling of Chemical Reactions in Food, Food Additives Research and The Food Modelling Club.

Graham Clayton

Graham is Commercial Manager of the Food Chain CIC and based at the University of Leeds.  This position follows over 5 years at the Central Science Laboratory as Commercial Development Manager for Public & Private Sectors.

Prior to that over 10 years were spent in sales and marketing of scientific equipment for UK, Swiss and Japanese Companies in territories that ranged from part of the UK to Northern Europe and the Far East.
